- School trips are welcome, please contact organisers for booking.
- Children 14 and under require adult supervision.
- The Awards Night is a ticketed event only, which must be pre-booked ahead of the festival.

How to Submit Films
Step 1: Create an account at www.filmfreeway.com
Step 2 : Create a project page & upload your finished film.
Step 3: In the film festival section, search for the ‘Children’s International Film Festival of Wales’
Step 4: Click on the ‘Submit Now’ button.

If selected you’ll need to send us your Film & Film clip for the awards evening.
Please ensure your clip is about 10 seconds long. Please could you provide us with three different clips should your film be nominated for more than one award. Please do not overlay any text or graphics over your clip, the only exception being if it is a clip that has subtitles in English and name your clip as the film title, category and award.
We will be screening with the aspect ratio of 16:9 – 1080p with stereo audio, MP4/MOV files would be much appreciated and we do not accept Digital Cinema Packages (DCP)
For selected films, you can ‘We Transfer’ them over to us, post a DVD or Blu Ray (all cost including import duties must be paid), or send us a link to a cloud file service, please keep file sizes bellow 10GB. If selected, we will be in contact and guide you through the process. Sorry, but physical copies cannot be returned.
